2024 Fantasy Outlook
A fourth-round selection out of Cal State Northridge in 2021, Clarke has quickly established himself as one of the top outfield prospects in the Oakland system. The 23-year-old looked like he could be on his way to making his MLB debut in 2023 after registering an .877 OPS with 12 homers and 11 stolen bases for Double-A Midland through 64 games, but a left shoulder strain saw his season come to an end in the middle of July. Clarke has easy plus speed, and while the 6-foot-5 outfielder will likely have contact issues throughout his career, his ability to make hard contact on top of well above-average power gives him a chance to be relevant in several fantasy categories. Assuming good health, Clarke has a real chance to play for Oakland in 2024, and he's someone who should be on radars in dynasty/keeper formats.
