ANALYSIS
It's a testament to how well the 19-year-old righty pitched all season that his numbers are still so strong despite him fading down the stretch. He is up to 108.2 innings on the year, which is an excellent mark for a pitcher his age. Gill Hill has a full starter's pitch mix and good command, relative to most teenagers. Given his athleticism and projectable 6-foot-2 frame, his stuff could tick up even more in the coming years.
