After redshirting his 2023-24 season, Herro immediately beginning his 2024-25 campaign is immediately on the ropes because of an undisclosed injury. Ideally for him, he can participate in South Carolina's next game, an exhibition scheduled for Oct. 30 against Wooster. That way, Herro will have had adequate time to prepare for South Carolina's regular season.
