Beau Pribula

Pribula cycled into the game as an occassional sub for starting junior quarterback Drew Allar. The 6-foot-2 backup was primarily used as a rushing threat out of the shotgun, but he also logged an easy 19-yard touchdown when he caught the Mountaineers defense off guard with his lone dropback pass in the fourth quarter. Pribula worked his way into 11 games while operating in a similar role behind Allar last season, as he totaled 56 carries for 329 yards and six scores on the ground. Aside from blowout or the occasional surprise dropback, it's unlikely that Pribula will be used as a passer for the Nittany Lions this season, though his sporadic use as a rushing quarterback could make him an interesting waiver wire pickup in fantasy.
