Oklahoma State's No. 1 receiver started slowly in 2023 but came on late and finished with a career year, boasting 101 catches on 144 targets for 991 yards and six touchdowns. Over the last nine games, Presley averaged 9.1 catches on 12.7 targets per game, which is elite volume for fantasy purposes. The Cowboys had a ton of change at quarterback last year and it took a while for Alan Bowman to get a stranglehold on the job. With Bowman established as the starter in 2024, Presley should perform right out of the gate and could challenge his first 1,000-yard receiving season. Presley gathered in all seven targets for 46 yards and one touchdown during Saturday's 45-10 win against Tulsa.
ANALYSIS
Presley has at least one touchdown in all three games this season. It was teammate De'Zhaun Stribling who had the best game at Tulsa with seven grabs for 174 yards and two touchdowns. Oklahoma State's offense has been so good that it can definitely support a couple of relevant fantasy receivers. Presley should be targeted early and often when the team plays Utah next week.

Presley was as consistent as they come a year ago with at least four catches in 10 of 13 games a year ago. The only problem is that he didn’t do much with those opportunities at just 62.5 yards per game. His yards per target was just okay at 8.9, however, that’s expected to take a jump in 2023 with Alan Bowman who is more of a pure passer than Spencer Sanders was the previous three years. Bowman was known for chucking the ball around when he was at Texas Tech early in his career. Head coach Mike Gundy would love to get back to airing the ball out, but it’s also possible they choose to lean more on the run game as the strength of this team will be on the defense. If they do decide to throw the ball at a higher clip, Presley will have the most value as he projects to be the team’s number one receiver.
