2024 Receiving Projections
Huge game against UCF
Bech compiled nine receptions (on 11 targets) for 200 yards and one touchdown during Saturday's 35-34 defeat to UCF.
ANALYSIS
Bech had a monster outing in the thrilling back-and-forth affair with UCF. In competitive games, it appears that Bech is going to be QB Josh Hoover's safety valve. He had just two catches in Week 2, but that was in a blowout where his services weren't necessarily needed. In the other two games, he has 15 catches for 339 yards and two touchdowns on 20 targets. Expect a lot of production in an intriguing game at SMU next week.

2022 Fantasy Outlook
Bech should start opposite Kayshon Boutte, as the latter can lay claim as one of the top wideouts in the country. Bech had a solid freshman campaign with the Tigers in 2021, catching 43 passes for 489 yards and three touchdowns. Jaray Jenkins, Malik Nabers and Brian Thomas Jr. also return, though, so there will be plenty of mouths to feed for whoever lines up under center. Bech led the Tigers in receptions last year and is more of a possession receiver as compared to Boutte, Jenkins and Nabers. In other words, Bech should act as a safety valve for the passing attack and continue to prove a consistent target as a sophomore, though may lack the explosive plays of some of the other wideouts.
