2024 Receiving Projections
Spotted at practice
Jones was spotted stretching at North Carolina's fall camp, per a video posted to the team's X account.
ANALYSIS
Jones is coming off a career year, reeling in 46 catches for 711 yards and three scores. He missed the entirety of spring practice, however, clouding his outlook for this fall. Still, he was seen catching passes in team drills. So while it's unclear just how fully operational the wideout is, it's a promising sign that Jones is back out on the field. He'll be one of North Carolina's top receiving threats this fall.

2023 Fantasy Outlook
Departing this offseason are the Tar Heels two top wide outs Josh Downs and Antoine Green. Downs and Green accounted for over 1,800 of the team’s 4,330 receiving yards last season. With star quarterback Drake Maye returning for his junior season there is a huge hole in the wide receiver group that expects to get a lot of action from what many pundits believe is a first-round pick in next year’s NFL Draft. Jones is poised to lead the charge in filling this void as he was the team’s third leading wide receiver last season as he accumulated 24 catches for 434 yards and two touchdowns.
