The fifth-year signal-caller threw interceptions on back-to-back drives to start the second half, leading him to be benched for true freshman Demond Williams for the remainder of the game. Rogers' first interception came on an unlucky pass that bounced off a Huskies receiver's hands, but the second came on a bad throw into triple coverage. He would have thrown another pick in the second quarter except it was wiped away by a roughing the passer call on the same play. Rogers has now thrown just one touchdown to five interceptions over the past five weeks, and he's completed 67.7 percent of his passes for just 6.4 yards per attempt over this span. Coach Jedd Fisch declined to name a starter for Washington's next game against rival and No. 1-ranked Oregon on Saturday, Nov. 30.

This marks Rogers’ third season at the helm of Mike Leach’s offense. He has already mastered it, having completed 74 percent of his passes for 4,739 yards and 36 touchdowns in 2021 on an FBS-high 52.5 attempts per game. Leach quarterbacks are always a steady commodity in fantasy; you know there will be volume, efficiency and touchdowns. There will not be much in the way of rushing production, but that matters less when Rogers is leading the nation in passing volume. It will be tough to improve much on his 2021, but a repeat performance will make his investors happy.
