Thanksgiving Games: HOU at DET, WAS at DAL; BAL at PIT has been moved back to Tuesday due to BAL's COVID outbreak.
No Byes this week
Welcome to the Weekly Value Meter Rankings. This is a guide to help you decide who to start and sit in a given week. It's is not a season-long ranking nor a draft guide, and it's also not really intended as a free agent guide. While I appreciate that you want my opinion on pickups, every league is different, and your decision on whether to add/drop a particular player might also be dictated by other factors than who is rated higher in a given week.
Here are my operating assumptions for the rankings:
- The RB/WR/TE position rankings are for PPR leagues.
- The Flex rankings are for Standard leagues.
- 1 point per 10 rushing/receiving yards.
- 1 point per 20 passing yards.
- 4 points per passing touchdowns.
These are the rankings I use when I make my start/sit decisions. Please consult the rankings first before asking "Player X vs. Player Y?" without any other mitigating factors. Of course, I welcome debate - if you think I'm wrong, let me know. But please check out the rankings first before asking your start/sit question. This truly reflects my opinion in my leagues.
These are my particular rankings. If you want a second opinion elsewhere on the site, you can see our Weekly Projections.

Starting after Week 1, the rankings for the subsequent week will first post on Tuesday nights, roughly around 10:00 pm PT. I will then do a set of updates before kickoff on Thursday, and again before kickoff on Sunday morning. I will post at the top of the article in bold font when ranking updates are in progress and when they're complete.
I welcome debate on the rankings in the comments. Please keep it friendly.
Quarterbacks
1. | Patrick Mahomes KC at TB |
2. | Russell Wilson SEA at PHI |
3. | Josh Allen BUF vs. LAC |
4. | Deshaun Watson HOU at DET |
5. | Justin Herbert LAC at BUF |
6. | *Kyler Murray ARZ at NE Note: Murray suffered an injury to his AC joint in his right shoulder in the Thursday night to Seattle. He worked on a side field during Tuesday's practice. Murray was limited again in practice Wednesday. ***Full practice Friday, removed from the injury list.*** |
7. | Tom Brady TB vs. KC |
8. | Derek Carr LV at ATL |
9. | Aaron Rodgers GB vs. CHI |
10. | Cam Newton NE vs. ARI |
11. | *Ben Roethlisberger PIT vs. BAL Note: (Quad) Full practice Wednesday - but the game was pushed back to Sunday due to the Ravens' COVID outbreak. ***Game pushed back to Tuesday.*** |
12. | Daniel Jones NYG at CIN |
13. | *Teddy Bridgewater CAR at MIN Note: Bridgewater (sprained MCL) was a late scratch last week but is expected to practice Wednesday. Until he's a full participant, we'll list P.J. Walker as the starter and Bridgewater in reserve. And now, Bridgewater was a full participant in Wednesday's practice and coach Matt Rhule said he expected Bridgewater to play, so we're listing him as the starter. ***Officially good to go and will start.*** |
14. | *Taysom Hill NO at DEN Note: Hill was efficient in his first start - 18-23-233 yards, with 10 carries for 51 yards and two rushing touchdowns. Will the results change now that there's more film to review? |
15. | Jared Goff LA vs. SF |
16. | *Ryan Fitzpatrick MIA at NYJ Note: Keep an eye out for Tua's status with his throwing thumb - we might not have seen the last of Fitzpatrick. ***Tua Tagovailoa has been downgraded to doubtful.*** |
17. | Kirk Cousins MIN vs. CAR |
18. | *Matt Ryan ATL vs. LV Note: Ryan absorbed eight sacks against the Saints and lost Julio Jones in the first half with a hamstring injury, which bodes ill for this week's game despite a relatively decent matchup against the Raiders. |
19. | *Philip Rivers IND vs. TEN Note: Rivers has a sore toe and left for a few plays last week against the Packers for Jacoby Brissett, but with the Colts playing such an important game, it's likely that he'll be able to go. Rivers (toe) did not practice Wednesday. Plus, the Colts are off Thursday for Thanksgiving. Still, Rivers is expected to be good to go for Sunday. ***Listed as questionable - had a limited practice Friday.*** |
20. | Ryan Tannehill TEN at IND |
21. | Alex Smith WAS at DAL |
22. | *Baker Mayfield CLE at JAX Note: Will Mayfield's run of bad weather games end this week in Jacksonville? |
23. | *Carson Wentz PHI vs. SEA Note: When asked about Wentz's status, coach Doug Peterson said he hasn't yet considered benching Wentz for Jalen Hurts. ***Wentz is likely to lose more snaps to Jalen Hurts on Monday night.*** |
24. | *Andy Dalton DAL vs. WAS Note: Dalton connected on three short touchdown passes while throwing one interception in the win over the Vikings. |
25. | *Mitchell Trubisky CHI at GB Note: Trubisky (shoulder) was present at Monday's practice while Nick Foles was not. Coach Matt Nagy hasn't decided yet who will start Sunday night. Trubisky was a full participant Wednesday, whereas Foles sat out. ***Confirmed as the starter, Nick Foles is listed as doubtful.*** |
26. | *Matthew Stafford DET vs. HOU Note: Stafford (thumb) had a miserable game at Carolina, and was a limited participant in Monday's estimated practice. Stafford had a full practice Wednesday and has been cleared from the injury list for Thursday's game. |
27. | Nick Mullens SF at LAR |
28. | *Sam Darnold NYJ vs. MIA Note: (Shoulder) Darnold will be re-evaluated Wednesday before the Jets decide on his Week 12 availability. Though Darnold was limited Wednesday, he's expected to 'have a pretty full workload' this week, suggesting that he'll start. ***Darnold will start on Sunday.*** |
29. | *Robert Griffin BAL at PIT Note: ***Griffin will start on Tuesday with Lamar Jackson going on the COVID-IR list.*** |
30. | *Brandon Allen CIN vs. NYG Note: Allen was activated from the Bengals' practice squad when Joe Burrow went on the IR list. Allen is getting the start ahead of Ryan Finley. |
31. | *Mike Glennon JAC vs. CLE Note: Glennon is getting the start for the Jaguars, though this seems to be a one-week gig until Gardner Minshew is ready next week. |
32. | *Jalen Hurts PHI vs. SEA Note: ***Hurts is expected to get more snaps than usual on Monday night.*** |
33. | *Kendall Hinton DEN vs. NO Note: ***Hinton is likely getting most of the snaps at quarterback Sunday, with Lock, Rypien and Bortles all ineligible to play this week. Royce Freeman could still get some snaps in the Wildcat formation, however.*** |
34. | *P.J. Walker CAR at MIN Note: Walker's day was tarnished by two end zone interceptions but otherwise he was competent in starting in place of Teddy Bridgewater. I'll keep listing Walker as the starter until the Panthers state otherwise later in the week. Bridgewater is expected to play now. |
35. | *Joe Flacco NYJ vs. MIA Note: ***Darnold will start ahead of Flacco this week.*** |
36. | *Ryan Finley CIN vs. NYG Note: Finley was awful in relief of Burrow, much as he was awful last season. He's not guaranteed to start this week ahead of Brandon Allen. It'll be Allen and not Finley starting. |
37. | *Gardner Minshew JAC vs. CLE Note: Minshew (thumb) won't be ready to handle starting duties this week, but he'll possibly be the backup behind Mike Glennon, ahead of Jake Luton. |
38. | *Tua Tagovailoa MIA at NYJ Note: Tua was replaced by Ryan Fitzpatrick after going 11-20-83 while being sacked six times, but he'll start again this week. Tagovailoa was limited in Wednesday's practice with a left thumb injury. ***Downgraded to doubtful.*** |
39. | *Nick Foles CHI at GB Note: Foles is day-to-day with a hip pointer and was absent from Monday's practice. Foles sat out practice Wednesday, whereas Mitchell Trubisky was a full participant. I'm going to rank Trubisky as the starter for now. ***Listed as doubtful.*** |
40. | *Jake Luton JAC vs. CLE Note: Luton was overmatched against the Steelers, throwing four interceptions and no touchdowns in the loss. Benched in favor of Mike Glennon. |
41. | *Drew Lock DEN vs. NO Note: Lock threw an interception and not touchdown in the win over the Dolphins, though at least he averaged nine yards per attempt for 270 yards. ***Backup Jeff Driskel tested positive, and the Broncos sent all three other QBs home out of fear of contact testing. Lock and the remainder of the Broncos have been ruled high-risk, close-contacts of Driskel and are ineligible to play. Royce Freeman is the emergency quarterback. It might also be Kendall Hinton instead.*** |
42. | *Lamar Jackson BAL at PIT Note: Really struggling to hit on passes downfield and to the outside targets. Jackson and the Ravens will now play on Sunday instead of Thursday night. ***Placed on the COVID-IR list - tested positive.*** |
43. | Drew Brees NO at DEN |
44. | *Joe Burrow CIN vs. NYG Note: Burrow is out for the season with a torn ACL, and with damage to his MCL and elsewhere in the knee. |
Running Backs
1. | Dalvin Cook MIN vs. CAR |
2. | Nick Chubb CLE at JAX |
3. | *Alvin Kamara NO at DEN Note: Kamara only had one target last week, which is a big concern with Taysom Hill at quarterback. He also was dealing with a foot injury in practice, so it's possible his reps were also limited a little bit - he only played a season-low 32 snaps, but this is the third week in a row he's had fewer than 40 snaps. Like last week, Kamara (foot) was limited in Wednesday's practice. ***Kamara was removed from the injury list on Friday.*** |
4. | Derrick Henry TEN at IND |
5. | *Miles Sanders PHI vs. SEA Note: Lost a costly fumble in the rain against the Browns inside their five-yard line. |
6. | *Josh Jacobs LV at ATL Note: ***(Hip) Removed from the injury report on Friday after being limited on Thursday.*** |
7. | Aaron Jones GB vs. CHI |
8. | Ezekiel Elliott DAL vs. WAS |
9. | James Robinson JAC vs. CLE |
10. | *Antonio Gibson WAS at DAL Note: Gibson (ankle) was a full participant in Tuesday's practice after getting a rest day on Monday. |
11. | Kenyan Drake ARZ at NE |
12. | *Mike Davis CAR at MIN Note: Early indications suggest that Davis will get another start with Christian McCaffrey likely out again. ***McCaffrey is officially out again.*** |
13. | Wayne Gallman NYG at CIN |
14. | Kareem Hunt CLE at JAX |
15. | Damien Harris NE vs. ARI |
16. | *David Montgomery CHI at GB Note: Montgomery (concussion) was present for the portion of Monday's practice that was open to the media. Officially cleared the concussion protocol. |
17. | *Austin Ekeler LAC at BUF Note: Ekeler (hamstring) will be designated to return from IR this week to allow him to practice. Beginning to practice on Wednesday. ***Activated from injured reserve on Saturday, and it looks as if Ballage will not play.*** |
18. | *Clyde Edwards-Helaire KC at TB Note: Edwards-Helaire ran well last week, but had just two targets, and now faces the Bucs' tough run defense. |
19. | *James White NE vs. ARI Note: White should get more targets in the passing game with Rex Burkhead out - he had nine targets in the loss to Houston on Sunday. |
20. | *Giovani Bernard CIN vs. NYG Note: A receding tide strands all boats. Bernard will be hurt along with the rest of the Bengals' offense by Burrow's injury. Bernard sat out practice Wednesday with a concussion. ***Full practice Friday, but not yet out of the concussion protocol, though he's listed as questionable, not out. I expect the Bengals to play and start Bernard.*** |
21. | *Jerick McKinnon SF at LAR Note: McKinnon is tentatively listed here while we sort out the Niners RB situation. Both Mostert and Wilson have been cleared to practice and designated to return from the IR, and we know JaMycal Hasty is out with a collarbone injury. (Neck) Not listed on Wednesday's injury report. Meanwhile, Tevin Coleman (knee), Raheem Mostert (ankle) and Jeff Wilson (ankle) are all day-to-day. |
22. | *Chris Carson SEA at PHI Note: Carson put in what appeared to be a full practice - the Seahawks don't have to provide an official injury report until Thursday, however, because they play on Monday night. ***Removed from the injury report and should play on Monday night.*** |
23. | *Brian Hill ATL vs. LV Note: Todd Gurley missed practice Wednesday with a knee injury - worth watching Hill, who could be in a good matchup against the Raiders. ***Big jump in workload with Todd Gurley out.*** |
24. | *Nyheim Hines IND vs. TEN Note: ***Hines will get more work with Jonathan Taylor going on the COVID-IR list.*** |
25. | *Benny Snell PIT vs. BAL Note: Snell stole another touchdown from James Conner on Sunday with a one-yard run. ***Could be the starter with James Conner ruled out on the COVID-IR list. He should split the carries with Anthony McFarland. Jaylen Samuels (quadriceps) is also out.*** |
26. | Zack Moss BUF vs. LAC |
27. | *Melvin Gordon DEN vs. NO Note: ***Moved down some with the Broncos playing without any QBs. He'll have more volume, but it'll be against a lot of stacked fronts.*** |
28. | *Gus Edwards BAL at PIT Note: Back to the starting lineup with both Mark Ingram and J.K. Dobbins going on the COVID-IR list. ***Moved down some with additional Ravens players going on the COVID-IR list, including Lamar Jackson and multiple offensive linemen.*** |
29. | *Duke Johnson HOU at DET Note: Once again unproductive on the ground, with 10 carries for only 15 yards. |
30. | *Raheem Mostert SF at LAR Note: Mostert (ankle) was designated to return from the IR Tuesday and can practice this week. It's possible he could play this week. Jeff Wilson (ankle) also has been designated to return. Considered 'day-to-day', as are Tevin Coleman and Jeff Wilson. ***Mostert was activated from injured reserve on Saturday. He's still considered questionable. You have to think at least one of Mostert or Wilson will be active Sunday, if not both, as otherwise Jerick McKinnon is the only healthy RB.*** |
31. | *Matt Breida MIA at NYJ Note: ***Breida is expected to start for the Dolphins with Salvon Ahmed and Myles Gaskin both ruled out.*** |
32. | J.D. McKissic WAS at DAL |
33. | Ronald Jones TB vs. KC |
34. | *Latavius Murray NO at DEN Note: Plenty of volume Sunday, but Murray got hurt by Hill getting two rushing touchdowns. |
35. | Chase Edmonds ARZ at NE |
36. | *Adrian Peterson DET vs. HOU Note: Peterson and the rest of the Lions offense was a bust against Carolina. I'm listing him here until/unless D'Andre Swift gets cleared to play. |
37. | Darrell Henderson LA vs. SF |
38. | *Jordan Wilkins IND vs. TEN Note: Wilkins had just four carries and one reception against the Packers, receiving just nine offensive snaps. ***Those snaps will go back up this week with Jonathan Taylor on the COVID-IR list.*** |
39. | Phillip Lindsay DEN vs. NO |
40. | Leonard Fournette TB vs. KC |
41. | Jamaal Williams GB vs. CHI |
42. | Devin Singletary BUF vs. LAC |
43. | *Anthony McFarland PIT vs. BAL Note: ***McFarland could play a lot on Tuesday, with both James Conner (COVID-IR) and Jaylen Samuels (quadriceps) both out. McFarland will split the work with Benny Snell, who I think will start.*** |
44. | *Frank Gore NYJ vs. MIA Note: Gore is the likely No. 1 back for the Jets this week with La'Mical Perine (ankle) on IR. Ty Johnson and Josh Adams will back Gore up. |
45. | Kerryon Johnson DET vs. HOU |
46. | *Jeff Wilson SF at LAR Note: (Ankle) Designated to return from IR on Tuesday, had a limited practice Wednesday and is considered day-to-day. ***Wilson was activated from IR on Saturday and is questionable.*** |
47. | Carlos Hyde SEA at PHI |
48. | *Boston Scott PHI vs. SEA Note: ***(Abdomen) Full practice on Saturday and removed from the injury list.*** |
49. | Malcolm Brown LA vs. SF |
50. | Ito Smith ATL vs. LV |
51. | Justice Hill BAL at PIT |
52. | Tony Pollard DAL vs. WAS |
53. | Le'Veon Bell KC at TB |
54. | *Cam Akers LA vs. SF Note: Akers scored his first touchdown as a pro on a four-yard reception, but had only five carries and that one target in the win Monday night. |
55. | Devontae Booker LV at ATL |
56. | *Troymaine Pope LAC at BUF Note: Pope had three carries and two catches against the Jets while being on the field for 16 snaps, more than Joshua Kelley. |
57. | *Samaje Perine CIN vs. NYG Note: Giovani Bernard sat out practice Wednesday with a concussion. Perine will be the likely starter, with Trayveon Williams as the backup if Bernard is not cleared. ***It now looks as if Bernard will start after all.*** |
58. | Ty Johnson NYJ vs. MIA |
59. | *Royce Freeman DEN vs. NO Note: ***At first it was suggested that Freeman would be the emergency quarterback Sunday, with all of the Broncos QBs ineligible to play. But now it might be WR Kendall Hinton, who played QB at Wake Forest, instead.*** |
60. | Alfred Morris NYG at CIN |
61. | D'Onta Foreman TEN at IND |
62. | *Devine Ozigbo JAC vs. CLE Note: Ozigbo only played on the final drive of the game in a blowout loss last week. |
63. | DeeJay Dallas SEA at PHI |
64. | Alexander Mattison MIN vs. CAR |
65. | C.J. Prosise HOU at DET |
66. | Trayveon Williams CIN vs. NYG |
67. | Rodney Smith CAR at MIN |
68. | *Corey Clement PHI vs. SEA Note: ***Removed from the COVID-IR list on Friday.*** |
69. | Ryan Nall CHI at GB |
70. | *Joshua Kelley LAC at BUF Note: Kelley had only 11 snaps in the win over the Jets. |
71. | Dion Lewis NYG at CIN |
72. | Darrel Williams KC at TB |
73. | Sony Michel NE vs. ARI |
74. | *D'Andre Swift DET vs. HOU Note: Swift (concussion) was listed as a non-participant in Monday's estimated practice report, but upgraded to a limited participant in Tuesday's practice, suggesting he has a shot to play Thursday. Swift had another limited practice Wednesday and is officially listed as questionable - he's still in the concussion protocol and will be a game-time decision Thursday. If he's cleared, as far as I'm concerned he's then all-in and will be a top-15 back for me. ***Adam Schefter reported overnight that Swift is unlikely to play.*** |
75. | *Kalen Ballage LAC at BUF Note: I'll drop Ballage 30 spots if Austin Ekeler is cleared to play. (Ankle/Calf) Limited at practice Wednesday. ***Did not practice Friday and is unlikely to play.*** |
76. | *Travis Homer SEA at PHI Note: Homer's knee remains sore, and he also has a wrist injury. ***Ruled out again this week.*** |
77. | *Christian McCaffrey CAR at MIN Note: McCaffrey (shoulder) once again is considered unlikely to suit up again this week according to Adam Schefter, who nailed this call last week. ***Officially ruled out.*** |
78. | *Salvon Ahmed MIA at NYJ Note: The Dolphins struggled to run the ball, but Ahmed (12-43 rush, 5-6-31 receiving) got nearly all the Miami RB volume. That could change if Myles Gaskin returns. (Shoulder) Did not practice Wednesday. ***Ruled out for Sunday's game against the Jets.*** |
79. | *James Conner PIT vs. BAL Note: ***Conner was placed on the COVID-IR list.*** |
80. | *Todd Gurley ATL vs. LV Note: Fell short in a bad matchup against the Saints. Gurley missed practice Wednesday due to a knee injury. ***Gurley will not play in Sunday's game.*** |
81. | *Jonathan Taylor IND vs. TEN Note: ***Taylor was placed on the COVID-IR list.*** |
82. | *David Johnson HOU at DET Note: ***(Concussion) At least one more week on IR.*** |
83. | *Tevin Coleman SF at LAR Note: (Knee) Limited practice Wednesday - considered day-to-day. ***Officially ruled out.*** |
84. | *Myles Gaskin MIA at NYJ Note: Gaskin (knee) is 'recovering well' from his MCL sprain but so far the Dolphins haven't announced a timetable for his return from IR. Designated to return from the IR on Wednesday, which allows him to begin practicing, giving the Dolphins 21 days to evaluate Gaskin before deciding whether to officially activate him, if necessary. ***Ruled out for this week.*** |
85. | *Justin Jackson LAC at BUF Note: (Knee) |
86. | *La'Mical Perine NYJ vs. MIA Note: Perine has a high-ankle sprain and has been placed on IR. |
87. | *J.K. Dobbins BAL at PIT Note: Dobbins and Ingram tested positive for COVID-19 and will be out this week. |
88. | *Mark Ingram BAL at PIT Note: Dobbins and Ingram tested positive for COVID-19 and will be out this week. |
89. | *Rex Burkhead NE vs. ARI Note: Burkhead is out for the season with a torn ACL. |
Wide Receivers
1. | Tyreek Hill KC at TB |
2. | *Davante Adams GB vs. CHI Note: (Ankle) Limited at practice on Wednesday - it's possible that this will be his routine for the foreseeable future on Wednesdays. ***Returned to practice on Friday and was cleared to play.*** |
3. | DK Metcalf SEA at PHI |
4. | *DeAndre Hopkins ARZ at NE Note: Missed Wednesday's practice with an illness. ***Full practice Thursday.*** |
5. | *Keenan Allen LAC at BUF Note: Allen had a whopping 16 catches on 19 targets in the win over the Jets, taking advantage of their awful cornerback situation. He'll draw Tre'Davious White this week as a significantly harder challenge. |
6. | *Michael Thomas NO at DEN Note: I speculated that Taysom Hill would hurt Thomas's production, but the opposite was true, as he was heavily targeted. Limited in practice Wednesday with a sore ankle. ***Thomas has been cleared from the injury list.*** |
7. | Tyler Lockett SEA at PHI |
8. | Stefon Diggs BUF vs. LAC |
9. | Cooper Kupp LA vs. SF |
10. | *Terry McLaurin WAS at DAL Note: McLaurin (ankle) was rested on Monday but upgraded to a limited practice Tuesday. McLaurin was listed as a full participant Wednesday and is expected to play Thursday. |
11. | Justin Jefferson MIN vs. CAR |
12. | Mike Evans TB vs. KC |
13. | Diontae Johnson PIT vs. BAL |
14. | Will Fuller HOU at DET |
15. | Chase Claypool PIT vs. BAL |
16. | Amari Cooper DAL vs. WAS |
17. | Allen Robinson CHI at GB |
18. | DJ Moore CAR at MIN |
19. | DeVante Parker MIA at NYJ |
20. | Robert Woods LA vs. SF |
21. | Chris Godwin TB vs. KC |
22. | *A.J. Brown TEN at IND Note: Brown was awesome at the end of the win over the Ravens, but appeared to be shaken up on the penultimate play of the game - watch for injury reports closely this week, as a potential Thursday absence from practice might be more than his customary rest day. (Knee) Did not practice Wednesday. ***Full practice Friday, cleared from the injury list.*** |
23. | *Calvin Ridley ATL vs. LV Note: (Foot) Ridley was limited at Wednesday's practice. ***Cleared from the injury list.*** |
24. | Mike Williams LAC at BUF |
25. | Brandin Cooks HOU at DET |
26. | *Antonio Brown TB vs. KC Note: Brown led the Bucs with 13 targets, but that translated into only 57 yards despite catching eight passes. |
27. | *Jakobi Meyers NE vs. ARI Note: The Pats spent the day picking on the Texans' lesser corners and safeties Sunday, limiting Meyers' targets. He could be in for more of the same this week if he draws Patrick Peterson. |
28. | Robby Anderson CAR at MIN |
29. | *JuJu Smith-Schuster PIT vs. BAL Note: Missed some of last week's win over Jacksonville with a toe injury. He was a limited participant in Tuesday's practice. Upgraded to a full practice Wednesday. |
30. | Christian Kirk ARZ at NE |
31. | Michael Pittman IND vs. TEN |
32. | *Deebo Samuel SF at LAR Note: Samuel (hamstring) was limited in practice Wednesday and has a chance to play Sunday. ***Samuel was cleared from the injured list entirely on Saturday.*** |
33. | *Sterling Shepard NYG at CIN Note: Shepard (hip/toe) was a limited participant on Wednesday. ***Shepard has been cleared from the injury list.*** |
34. | *Breshad Perriman NYJ vs. MIA Note: ***Perriman (shoulder) doesn't carry an injury designation after a full practice Friday.*** |
35. | *Marvin Jones DET vs. HOU Note: Jones had a mediocre day against the Panthers, but had a 51-yard touchdown called back due to a ticky-tack illegal formation penalty. |
36. | *Tyler Boyd CIN vs. NYG Note: The injury to Burrow just crushes Boyd's value. He had just one catch for 14 yards after the injury. He'll also likely draw James Bradberry in coverage. |
37. | Curtis Samuel CAR at MIN |
38. | *Travis Fulgham PHI vs. SEA Note: Fulgham led the Eagles receivers in targets with seven, but came down with just one catch for eight yards. |
39. | Corey Davis TEN at IND |
40. | *Keelan Cole JAC vs. CLE Note: ***More targets should be forthcoming for Cole with DJ Chark and Chris Conley both out. Alas, they are targets from Mike Glennon.*** |
41. | *Russell Gage ATL vs. LV Note: Bounced back to get 12 targets last week, albeit for only 58 yards. |
42. | Cole Beasley BUF vs. LAC |
43. | Denzel Mims NYJ vs. MIA |
44. | Jarvis Landry CLE at JAX |
45. | Tee Higgins CIN vs. NYG |
46. | Jalen Reagor PHI vs. SEA |

49. | *Jamison Crowder NYJ vs. MIA Note: Losing targets to Denzel Mims and Breshad Perriman. |
50. | *Sammy Watkins KC at TB Note: The Chiefs expect that Watkins (hamstring/calf) will be able to return this week. Full practice Wednesday. ***Finally cleared to return to action.*** |
51. | Darius Slayton NYG at CIN |
52. | *CeeDee Lamb DAL vs. WAS Note: While Lamb's highlight TD catch and six targets were encouraging, he's not getting much action downfield with Andy Dalton at the helm. |
53. | *Allen Lazard GB vs. CHI Note: Lazard had four targets and was limited to 60 percent of the Packers' offensive snaps in his return from his core muscle injury. Limited at practice on Wednesday. ***Cleared from the injury list.*** |
54. | Rashard Higgins CLE at JAX |
55. | Emmanuel Sanders NO at DEN |
56. | *Gabriel Davis BUF vs. LAC Note: ***Davis's role increases with John Brown ruled out again, this time with Brown going on IR.*** |
57. | *Marquez Valdes-Scantling GB vs. CHI Note: ***Valdes-Scantling was held out of Friday's practice with an Achilles' tendon injury and is listed as questionable.*** |
58. | Hunter Renfrow LV at ATL |
59. | Demarcus Robinson KC at TB |
60. | *Tim Patrick DEN vs. NO Note: ***Downgraded because of the Broncos quarterback problem.*** |
61. | Willie Snead BAL at PIT |
62. | *Greg Ward PHI vs. SEA Note: Ward had three catches, albeit for only nine yards last week, but at least played 46 snaps in the loss to the Browns. |
63. | *Zach Pascal IND vs. TEN Note: ***(Foot/Knee) Limited practice Friday, listed as questionable.*** |
64. | Damiere Byrd NE vs. ARI |
65. | *Marquise Brown BAL at PIT Note: Nickname might be changed to 'Barstow' or 'Baker' Brown, as he's trending as far away from Hollywood as possible. |
66. | *Keke Coutee HOU at DET Note: ***Coutee will likely line up in the slot with Randall Cobb and Kenny Stills both out.*** |
67. | Richie James SF at LAR |
68. | Darnell Mooney CHI at GB |
69. | *Cordarrelle Patterson CHI at GB Note: Limited in practice Wednesday with a calf injury. |
70. | *Olamide Zaccheaus ATL vs. LV Note: Zaccheaus had just one target even with Julio Jones in-and-out of the game with a hamstring injury last week. |
71. | Josh Reynolds LA vs. SF |
72. | *Cam Sims WAS at DAL Note: Played 84 percent of the offensive snaps, but was targeted just twice. |
73. | A.J. Green CIN vs. NYG |
74. | *Jerry Jeudy DEN vs. NO Note: (Ankle/Achilles) Limited at Wednesday's practice. ***Did not practice Thursday, was limited on Friday, and the Broncos don't have a quarterback. Besides that, everything is fine.*** |
75. | *Laviska Shenault JAC vs. CLE Note: (Hamstring) Practiced for the first time in two weeks in a limited fashion Wednesday. ***Shenault has been cleared to play this week.*** |
76. | Andy Isabella ARZ at NE |
77. | *Jakeem Grant MIA at NYJ Note: ***Grant is questionable with a hamstring injury.*** |
78. | Michael Gallup DAL vs. WAS |

80. | Jalen Guyton LAC at BUF |
81. | Golden Tate NYG at CIN |
82. | KhaDarel Hodge CLE at JAX |
83. | Anthony Miller CHI at GB |
84. | *Mecole Hardman KC at TB Note: Hardman only was on the field for 27 percent of the Chiefs' offensive snaps, perhaps a result of his absence for most of the week's practices while being on the COVID-IR list. |
85. | Henry Ruggs LV at ATL |
86. | Steven Sims WAS at DAL |
87. | *KJ Hamler DEN vs. NO Note: Hamler lost out on some snaps because the Broncos chose to use more sets with two tight ends. |
88. | *Dez Bryant BAL at PIT Note: ***Bryant was signed full-time to the active roster.*** |
89. | Devin Duvernay BAL at PIT |
90. | *Alshon Jeffery PHI vs. SEA Note: Jeffery played five snaps in the loss to the Browns - so much for ramping up his activity. |
91. | James Washington PIT vs. BAL |
92. | Tre'Quan Smith NO at DEN |
93. | *N'Keal Harry NE vs. ARI Note: Harry (shoulder) was limited at Wednesday's practice. ***Listed as questionable after being limited all week.*** |
94. | *Julio Jones ATL vs. LV Note: Jones left last week's game with a hamstring injury and was periodically in-and-out of the game afterward. He's likely to be a game-time decision - my current rank will treat him as if he's not playing. If he gets in a full practice Friday, I'll probably put him back around 10th. (Hamstring) Limited at Wednesday's practice. ***Jones was unable to practice and he will be a game-time decision.*** |
95. | *Kendrick Bourne SF at LAR |
96. | *Adam Thielen MIN vs. CAR Note: Thielen was placed on the COVID-IR list Monday. So far there's no word whether he tested positive or was in close contact with someone who did. Tested positive Monday, but tested negative Tuesday - some possibility that he was a false positive. ***Thielen had a second negative test, but he's still not expected to play.*** |
97. | *John Brown BUF vs. LAC Note: The Bills had an informal workout Tuesday, where Brown (ankle) was not spotted. Still not practicing on Wednesday. ***Brown was placed on IR Saturday with a high-ankle sprain.*** |

99. | *Chris Conley JAC vs. CLE Note: Conley was held out of practice Wednesday with a hip injury. ***Ruled out this week with a hip injury.*** |

103. | *Kenny Golladay DET vs. HOU Note: Golladay (hip) seems unlikely to play again this week after sitting out Tuesday's practice. Ruled out again this week. |
104. | *Adam Humphries TEN at IND Note: (Concussion) Full practice Wednesday. ***Humphries will sit out again this week.*** |
105. | *Randall Cobb HOU at DET Note: Cobb is already ruled out with a toe injury and could be out for the season, but is seeking a second medical opinion. Officially placed on IR. |
Tight Ends
1. | Travis Kelce KC at TB |
2. | Darren Waller LV at ATL |
3. | *T.J. Hockenson DET vs. HOU Note: Hockenson (shoulder) has been limited in practice so far this week, but some of that could be maintenance given the number of other more significant injuries to other Lions skill position players. Hockenson was cleared from the injury list Wednesday. |
4. | *Dallas Goedert PHI vs. SEA Note: Goedert had a strong game after the bye, halving in five catches for 77 yards and a touchdown. Zach Ertz could come back soon, but it's possible that Goedert will still be the top tight end. |
5. | Hunter Henry LAC at BUF |
6. | Eric Ebron PIT vs. BAL |
7. | Rob Gronkowski TB vs. KC |
8. | *Jordan Akins HOU at DET Note: Back as the top TE option for the Texans, and could be heavily targeted Thursday with Randall Cobb out. |
9. | Evan Engram NYG at CIN |
10. | Jonnu Smith TEN at IND |
11. | *Kyle Rudolph MIN vs. CAR Note: ***Irv Smith has been ruled out, which potentially means more targets for Rudolph.*** |
12. | *Hayden Hurst ATL vs. LV Note: Hurst sat out Wednesday's practice with an ankle issue. ***Hurst was limited in practice Friday and was listed as questionable, but he's expected to play.*** |
13. | Mike Gesicki MIA at NYJ |

15. | *Jared Cook NO at DEN Note: Cook had just one target in the win over the Falcons. |
16. | Trey Burton IND vs. TEN |

18. | *Robert Tonyan GB vs. CHI Note: (Ankle) Limited practice Wednesday. |
19. | *Noah Fant DEN vs. NO Note: ***Downgraded due to the Broncos' QB situation.*** |
20. | *Chris Herndon NYJ vs. MIA Note: Limited Wednesday with back tightness. |
21. | Logan Thomas WAS at DAL |
22. | Austin Hooper CLE at JAX |
23. | Gerald Everett LA vs. SF |
24. | *Will Dissly SEA at PHI Note: Dissly is in line for more snaps and targets with Greg Olsen out. |
25. | *Dan Arnold ARZ at NE Note: ***Could get more targets with Larry Fitzgerald (COVID) out, and fellow tight end Darrell Daniels (ankle) out for at least three weeks.*** |
26. | Jimmy Graham CHI at GB |
27. | Jack Doyle IND vs. TEN |
28. | Richard Rodgers PHI vs. SEA |
29. | Ryan Izzo NE vs. ARI |
30. | Dawson Knox BUF vs. LAC |

40. | *Tyler Kroft BUF vs. LAC |
41. | *Tyler Higbee LA vs. SF Note: Sat out Wednesday's practice with an elbow injury. ***There's a chance that Higbee could still play, pending on how he does in pregame warmups, but he was unable to practice all week.*** |
42. | *Zach Ertz PHI vs. SEA Note: Ertz (ankle) is 'trending in the right direction' to play Monday night. ***Ertz is not expected to play this week after all.*** |
43. | *Mark Andrews BAL at PIT Note: Andrews (thigh) has been limited in walk-throughs on Monday and Tuesday, perhaps a reflection of playing a season-high 56 snaps against Tennessee. Listed as limited in Wednesday's estimated practice report. ***Tested positive for COVID and placed on COVID-IR list Saturday.*** |
44. | *Irv Smith MIN vs. CAR Note: Smith returned to action Sunday and had two catches for 23 yards, playing 33 snaps. If Adam Thielen has to miss this week's game, both he and Kyle Rudolph could be in line for more targets. (Groin/Back) Limited participant Wednesday. ***Ruled out again this week.*** |
45. | *Greg Olsen SEA at PHI Note: Olsen (torn plantar fascia) is projected to miss four-to-six weeks. |
Flex (RB/WR/TE)
5. | Tyreek Hill KC at TB |
6. | *Davante Adams GB vs. CHI Note: (Ankle) Limited at practice on Wednesday - it's possible that this will be his routine for the foreseeable future on Wednesdays. ***Returned to practice on Friday and was cleared to play.*** |
7. | DK Metcalf SEA at PHI |
8. | *DeAndre Hopkins ARZ at NE Note: Missed Wednesday's practice with an illness. ***Full practice Thursday.*** |
9. | Travis Kelce KC at TB |
10. | *Keenan Allen LAC at BUF Note: Allen had a whopping 16 catches on 19 targets in the win over the Jets, taking advantage of their awful cornerback situation. He'll draw Tre'Davious White this week as a significantly harder challenge. |
11. | *Michael Thomas NO at DEN Note: I speculated that Taysom Hill would hurt Thomas's production, but the opposite was true, as he was heavily targeted. Limited in practice Wednesday with a sore ankle. ***Thomas has been cleared from the injury list.*** |
12. | Tyler Lockett SEA at PHI |
13. | Stefon Diggs BUF vs. LAC |
14. | Cooper Kupp LA vs. SF |
15. | *Terry McLaurin WAS at DAL Note: McLaurin (ankle) was rested on Monday but upgraded to a limited practice Tuesday. McLaurin was listed as a full participant Wednesday and is expected to play Thursday. |

28. | Allen Robinson CHI at GB |
29. | DJ Moore CAR at MIN |
30. | Kenyan Drake ARZ at NE |

32. | Wayne Gallman NYG at CIN |
33. | DeVante Parker MIA at NYJ |
34. | Robert Woods LA vs. SF |
35. | Chris Godwin TB vs. KC |
37. | *Calvin Ridley ATL vs. LV Note: (Foot) Ridley was limited at Wednesday's practice. ***Cleared from the injury list.*** |
38. | Mike Williams LAC at BUF |
39. | Brandin Cooks HOU at DET |
40. | Kareem Hunt CLE at JAX |
41. | *Austin Ekeler LAC at BUF Note: Ekeler (hamstring) will be designated to return from IR this week to allow him to practice. Beginning to practice on Wednesday. ***Activated from injured reserve on Saturday, and it looks as if Ballage will not play.*** |
42. | *David Montgomery CHI at GB Note: Montgomery (concussion) was present for the portion of Monday's practice that was open to the media. Officially cleared the concussion protocol. |
43. | Darren Waller LV at ATL |
44. | *Dallas Goedert PHI vs. SEA Note: Goedert had a strong game after the bye, halving in five catches for 77 yards and a touchdown. Zach Ertz could come back soon, but it's possible that Goedert will still be the top tight end. |
46. | *Antonio Brown TB vs. KC Note: Brown led the Bucs with 13 targets, but that translated into only 57 yards despite catching eight passes. |
47. | *Clyde Edwards-Helaire KC at TB Note: Edwards-Helaire ran well last week, but had just two targets, and now faces the Bucs' tough run defense. |
48. | *Chris Carson SEA at PHI Note: Carson put in what appeared to be a full practice - the Seahawks don't have to provide an official injury report until Thursday, however, because they play on Monday night. ***Removed from the injury report and should play on Monday night.*** |
49. | *Jakobi Meyers NE vs. ARI Note: The Pats spent the day picking on the Texans' lesser corners and safeties Sunday, limiting Meyers' targets. He could be in for more of the same this week if he draws Patrick Peterson. |
50. | Robby Anderson CAR at MIN |
51. | Damien Harris NE vs. ARI |
53. | Zack Moss BUF vs. LAC |
54. | *Tyler Boyd CIN vs. NYG Note: The injury to Burrow just crushes Boyd's value. He had just one catch for 14 yards after the injury. He'll also likely draw James Bradberry in coverage. |
55. | Christian Kirk ARZ at NE |
56. | *Sterling Shepard NYG at CIN Note: Shepard (hip/toe) was a limited participant on Wednesday. ***Shepard has been cleared from the injury list.*** |
57. | Michael Pittman IND vs. TEN |
58. | *Breshad Perriman NYJ vs. MIA Note: ***Perriman (shoulder) doesn't carry an injury designation after a full practice Friday.*** |
59. | *Adrian Peterson DET vs. HOU Note: Peterson and the rest of the Lions offense was a bust against Carolina. I'm listing him here until/unless D'Andre Swift gets cleared to play. |
60. | *Brian Hill ATL vs. LV Note: Todd Gurley missed practice Wednesday with a knee injury - worth watching Hill, who could be in a good matchup against the Raiders. ***Big jump in workload with Todd Gurley out.*** |
61. | *Nyheim Hines IND vs. TEN Note: ***Hines will get more work with Jonathan Taylor going on the COVID-IR list.*** |
62. | Ronald Jones TB vs. KC |
63. | J.D. McKissic WAS at DAL |
64. | *Marvin Jones DET vs. HOU Note: Jones had a mediocre day against the Panthers, but had a 51-yard touchdown called back due to a ticky-tack illegal formation penalty. |
65. | Curtis Samuel CAR at MIN |
66. | *James White NE vs. ARI Note: White should get more targets in the passing game with Rex Burkhead out - he had nine targets in the loss to Houston on Sunday. |
67. | *Benny Snell PIT vs. BAL Note: Snell stole another touchdown from James Conner on Sunday with a one-yard run. ***Could be the starter with James Conner ruled out on the COVID-IR list. He should split the carries with Anthony McFarland. Jaylen Samuels (quadriceps) is also out.*** |
68. | *JuJu Smith-Schuster PIT vs. BAL Note: Missed some of last week's win over Jacksonville with a toe injury. He was a limited participant in Tuesday's practice. Upgraded to a full practice Wednesday. |
69. | *Travis Fulgham PHI vs. SEA Note: Fulgham led the Eagles receivers in targets with seven, but came down with just one catch for eight yards. |
70. | *T.J. Hockenson DET vs. HOU Note: Hockenson (shoulder) has been limited in practice so far this week, but some of that could be maintenance given the number of other more significant injuries to other Lions skill position players. Hockenson was cleared from the injury list Wednesday. |
71. | *Melvin Gordon DEN vs. NO Note: ***Moved down some with the Broncos playing without any QBs. He'll have more volume, but it'll be against a lot of stacked fronts.*** |

85. | *Jamison Crowder NYJ vs. MIA Note: Losing targets to Denzel Mims and Breshad Perriman. |
86. | *Tim Patrick DEN vs. NO Note: ***Downgraded because of the Broncos quarterback problem.*** |
87. | Carlos Hyde SEA at PHI |
88. | *Jerry Jeudy DEN vs. NO Note: (Ankle/Achilles) Limited at Wednesday's practice. ***Did not practice Thursday, was limited on Friday, and the Broncos don't have a quarterback. Besides that, everything is fine.*** |
90. | *Matt Breida MIA at NYJ Note: ***Breida is expected to start for the Dolphins with Salvon Ahmed and Myles Gaskin both ruled out.*** |
91. | *Jordan Wilkins IND vs. TEN Note: Wilkins had just four carries and one reception against the Packers, receiving just nine offensive snaps. ***Those snaps will go back up this week with Jonathan Taylor on the COVID-IR list.*** |

3. | Los Angeles Rams vs. SF |
4. | *Pittsburgh Steelers vs. BAL Note: Joe Haden (knee) didn't participate in Tuesday's practice. |
5. | *New York Giants at CIN Note: Great matchup against the Bengals, who will be starting either Ryan Finley or Brandon Allen at QB, and have a terrible, patchwork offensive line. |
6. | *Cleveland Browns at JAX Note: The Browns will be without Myles Garrett (COVID-IR) and Denzel Ward (calf), Ward for multiple games, which is a big blow. |
7. | Washington Football Team at DAL |
