Blake Cashman Injury: Nursing toe injury

Cashman is dealing with turf toe and is not expected to play in Sunday's game against the Lions, Andrew Krammer of the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports.

Krammer relays that Cashman is likely to miss the Vikings' Week 8 game against the Rams on Thursday night as well. Cashman has impressed through Minnesota's first five games, notching 40 total tackles, five pass breakups and a sack.
