Darius Slay Injury: Considered day-to-day

Slay is considered day-to-day after leaving Sunday's 20-16 win over the Browns with a knee injury, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

The cornerback got hurt in the third quarter and took himself out and entered the medical tent. Isaiah Rodgers replaced him on the field. Slay played on at least 85 percent of the defensive snaps in each of the Eagles' first four games.
