Seibert only played in six games with the Lions last season as the third-year pro dealt with a variety of issues including a season-ending hip injury. While Seibert has the draft pedigree (fifth-round pick by the Browns back in 2019) to retain his starting role, the Lions put him in a kicker competition with Riley Patterson this summer. Seibert won, but he'll be on thin ice if he struggles early in the year.

Latest Fantasy Rumors
Could kick again Week 3
Seibert could be in line to kick for the Jets again Week 3 against the Patriots, as Zack Rosenblatt of The Athletic reports that Greg Zuerlein didn't practice Wednesday due to the groin injury that sidelined him in Sunday's loss to the Cowboys.
ANALYSIS
Seibert was elevated from the practice squad and handled the kicking duties in Zuerlein's stead Week 2. Unless Zuerlein makes a swift recovery over the next few days, Seibert could get another chance to kick in what's expected to be a low-scoring home game against New England on Sunday.
