After 12 teams battled it out on President's Day, 18 teams enter the fray Tuesday, and there are fascinating matchups galore. Let's take a look at some of the best values...
Goalie
Sergei Bobrovsky, CLS @ NJ ($30)
A subpar, but still decent, season from Bobrovsky has seemingly made people forget that he won the Vezina Trophy last season, and his recent successes coming into this matchup could predicate him for fantasy dominance. Two of the Russian's last three road starts have resulted in one-goal victories, while his last start against the Devils on Feb. 10 was a win of the same variety. Additionally, the Devils average just 2.93 goals per game at home.
Goalie to Avoid
Carter Hutton, STL vs. SJ ($38)
Hutton shares the distinction of sharing Tuesday's top goalie price with two other options, but he's the least proven of the three and probably the riskiest. The 32-year-old has posted some absolute stinkers recently, enduring a four-goal loss last time out and also starting two games that have seen him pulled early in the last month. The Sharks have scored three goals or more in all but two of their games in February, so it's a tough matchup as well.

Center
Aleksander Barkov, FLA @ TOR ($21)
Barkov will step onto the ice Tuesday looking to continue his relentless pursuit of offensive success, having already recorded a point in seven of his last eight contests while accumulating five goals, 11 points, and 29 shots on goal over that span, with four of the points coming on the power play. Toronto's usually stout penalty kill has struggled lately, while Florida's power play has been the best in the NHL in February, scoring 37.5 percent of the time.
Center to Avoid
Evgeny Kuznetsov, WAS vs. TB ($21)
Kuznetsov is currently experiencing a bad enough combination of limited offense and defensive liability to make his usage at this price unjustifiable. Over the last seven contests, the 25-year-old has managed just a single goal to go with five assists, a minus-2 rating and a measly 10 shots on goal. This sort of inconsistency simply won't cut it against Tampa Bay, which continues to be the cream of the crop on both ends of the ice.
Wings
Brendan Gallagher, MON @ PHI ($18)
If you select Gallagher for your lineup, you'll be getting a high-volume shooter that has been on a serious scoring kick despite the ineptitude of the team around him -- the sixth-year winger is on a point-per-game pace over his last seven contests, but perhaps more impressively, he's taken an astounding 68 shots on goal in his last 18 games. Going against a Philadelphia goalie corps currently in upheaval, this could spell fantasy success Tuesday.
Mathieu Perreault, WPG vs. LA ($17)
In what is shaping up to be a banner year for him, Perreault is on pace for new career highs in points and goals, and is increasingly seeing an expanded role in Winnipeg's offensive schemes, which includes with the man advantage where the Quebec native has recorded nearly a third of his points this season. That's excellent news for his prospects Tuesday, as the Kings are showing a league-worst 64.0 penalty killing percentage in February.

Wings to Avoid
Vladimir Tarasenko, STL vs. SJ ($30)
In his last 10 contests, Tarasenko has posted just two goals and six points, but what's perhaps more difficult to stomach is the fact that he shows a minus-2 rating over that span, indicating that he's been a defensive liability. The Russian winger's $30 price tag is prohibitive, and it doesn't help that he'll be facing off against a Sharks team that has been playing better offensively and has posted a league-best 2.33 goals allowed per game in February.
Brock Boeser, VAN vs. COL ($25)
Boeser has been a beast with the man advantage this season, accumulating 22 of his 49 points in those situations, but that won't help him Tuesday against one of the league's top penalty killers, as the Avalanche currently rank fourth in the NHL with 83.3 percent penalty killing. Boeser's low shot totals (eight in the last five games) and his ability to get beat on defense against a squad that just got Nathan MacKinnon back makes it more unappealing.
Defensemen
Torey Krug, BOS @ EDM ($20)
Krug continues to be a vital cog in the Bruins machine lately, as he now boasts eight points in as many games while showing 22 shots on goal and a plus-4 rating over that span. Edmonton, meanwhile, continues to concede goals at a rapid pace, allowing 3.78 goals per game on average in February while maintaining the league's worst penalty killing percentage. Expect Boston's power-play quarterback to take advantage Tuesday.
Jake Gardiner, TOR vs. FLA ($17)
Gardiner has been a reliable presence from the blue line all season for Toronto, as he is constantly able to contribute offensively as well as defensively -- the Minnesota native currently ranks 12th among defensemen for the league lead in points and shows a plus-4 rating in his last five contests. It also helps that he consistently blocks shots considering the Panthers average 34.5 shots per game, third most in the NHL.
Defensemen to Avoid
John Carlson, WAS vs. TB ($25)
Carlson is for sure an enticing offensive asset, but he's also been the centerpiece of a defensive corps that has averaged a league-worst 4.13 goals per game in February. The Massachusetts native has struggled with his plus-minus all season, so if he can't get on the scoresheet himself, then this strong Tampa Bay squad, which has managed 3.89 goals per game in the month, may make him pay dearly.
Jeff Petry, MON @ PHI ($18)
Petry may be the top dog on the Montreal blue line with Shea Weber (foot) still ailing, but that doesn't make him an appealing option Tuesday. Over the last five games, the 30-year-old has managed no goals and just two assists to go with a poor minus-4 rating. The Flyers have been scorching hot with the goals lately, tallying 26 scores in the last six contests, so that could dig Petry into an even deeper hole.
