Following a promising rookie campaign, Pospisil suffered a shoulder injury at the 2024 IIHF World Championship. He is expected to be ready for training camp in the fall. Through 63 games last season, he dished out 238 hits and recorded 107 PIM. He's not just a wrecking ball, though, as he tallied eight goals and 16 assists as well. Per Chris Wahl of the Flames' official site, Pospisil (shoulder) will represent Slovakia in a qualification tournament for the 2026 Winter Olympics from Aug. 29 to Sept. 1.

Pospisil is healthy again after suffering an injury during the 2024 IIHF World Championship in May. The 24-year-old forward registered eight goals, 24 points, 117 shots on net and 238 hits across 63 regular-season contests for Calgary in 2023-24.
