Weekly Pitcher Rankings: Two for the Price of One

Finally! The rankings used to always appear this way, with a bunch of solid double dippers at the top, then more generously scattered throughout the rest of the rankings. Extra off days and teams giving their starters an extra day of rest has put the kibosh on the elegance of two-start strategies.

As always, I pull the schedule from the Probable Pitchers page so please direct rotation questions over there. On the other hand, I'm happy to address rankings questions below.
