2024 Fantasy Outlook
Browning was a solid contributor for Denver when he was on the field in 2023. Unfortunately, the 25-year-old linebacker only appeared in 10 contests due to a knee injury and concussion. Browning enters the 2024 campaign in the final year of his rookie deal, so he'll look to stay healthy and build upon his production thus far in his young career. In his 10 games last season, the Ohio State product proved to be an impact player, totaling 25 tackles, 4.5 sacks, two passes defensed and two forced fumbles. Read Past Outlooks

Browning (foot) didn't practice Wednesday, Zac Stevens of TheDNVR.com reports.
ANALYSIS
Browning sustained a foot injury during the first half of Sunday's loss to the Steelers, and following Wednesday's DNP, it appears he could be in jeopardy of missing some time. If the Ohio State product is unable to upgrade to limited work either Thursday or Friday, Nik Bonitto will likely start in Browning's place in Week 3.

After recording 24 total tackles, five sacks, two passes defended and one interception across 14 games in 2022, Browning underwent arthroscopic surgery to repair a partially torn meniscus earlier this offseason. The 24-year-old linebacker was placed on the active/PUP list to start training camp, and it remains to be seen if he will be ready for the start of the 2023 campaign. When healthy, Browning will look to provide a boost to the Broncos' linebacker corps.
Browning was a five-star recruit out of high school and turned into a solid player at Ohio State, where he played 43 games. He didn't turn into a star, however, making just nine starts. Denver -- who took him 105th overall in the 2021 NFL Draft -- was likely keyed in on Browning due to his athleticism, though. Browning turned in a 4.55-second 40-yard dash at 245 pounds and notched a 40-inch vertical. He has all the tools to develop into an every-down linebacker in the NFL, and going to a team coached by Vic Fangio should help unlock those gifts.

Getting comparisons to future HOFer

November 11, 2023
Broncos safety Justin Simmons told reporters Saturday that Browning reminds him of Von Miller, noting that Browning "has that bend and he has that athleticism" to be one of the best pass rushers in the league, Jeff Legwold of ESPN.com reports.
ANALYSIS
Browning made his 2023 debut in Week 7 against the Packers after he spent the offseason recovering from surgery to repair a partially torn meniscus. He showed off his talent in Week 8 against the Chiefs when he recorded four tackles and two sacks, including a strip-sack of Patrick Mahomes late in the second quarter, which teammate Zach Allen said after the game was "an incredible play." Browning will get his next chance to get to the quarterback Monday against Josh Allen and the Bills, a game when Miller will face his former team.
