Rest-of-Season Projections
Will play Sunday
Durant (toe) is active Sunday against the Cardinals, Sarah Barshop of ESPN.com reports.
ANALYSIS
Durant was expected to play despite the questionable tag, according to head coach Sean McVay. The third-year pro's ability to suit up should be good news for the Rams secondary, which will be healthy for Week 2 with Quentin Lake (hip) also active.

2023 Fantasy Outlook
The start of the 2022 fourth-round pick's NFL career was a muted one, as a hamstring injury kept Durant mostly on the sideline until Week 8. Beginning Week 13, though, he took advantage of an increase in playing time, and overall he was targeted 22 times and allowed just 13 receptions for 136 yards and a touchdown, while adding 22 tackles, three picks (one pick-six) and a sack in 13 games. Durant will be a starter for a young Rams secondary in 2023, with Derion Kendrick his primary competition for snaps.
