2024 Fantasy Outlook
As a rookie, Hyatt had two great games. He had 89 yards in Week 2 and 109 yards in Week 12. As a player with excellent speed who can win downfield, those games weren’t a surprise. Otherwise, it should be noted that the Giants used three quarterbacks while also having one of the worst offensive lines in the league. Also, Darius Slayton played a similar role to Hyatt, but Slayton was more consistent. Those factors didn’t help Hyatt. Aside from the big games, the receiver had 10 or fewer yards in 10 games. Based on what we saw last year, projecting Hyatt to be a difference maker in 2024 may be a stretch. Read Past Outlooks

Not targeted over 20 snaps Sunday
WRNew York Giants
December 16, 2024
Hyatt did not receive a target in Sunday's 35-14 Week 15 loss to the Ravens.
ANALYSIS
Hyatt's 20 offensive snaps were fourth most among Giants wideouts, well behind Malik Nabers (64), Wan'Dale Robinson (52) and Darius Slayton (46). Hyatt wasn't able to draw a target while he was on the field, marking the third time over his past five games that he hasn't had a ball thrown his way. Given his paltry production this season and low standing on the depth chart, as well as the overall struggles of New York's passing game, Hyatt is off the fantasy radar in virtually all formats.

2023 Fantasy Outlook
Hyatt landed in an interesting situation when the Giants traded up to take him in the third round of this year's draft. On one hand, New York isn't exactly loaded with blue-chip wideouts -- Isaiah Hodgins, Darius Slayton and Parris Campbell appear to be the team's top options heading into camp. On the other hand, the team already has a young receiver who operates primarily out of the slot (as Hyatt did in college) in 2022 second-rounder Wan'Dale Robinson, and returning veteran Sterling Shepard also can play that role. That said, Hyatt is the most explosive playmaker of the bunch, running a 4.40 40 at 6-0, 176, so the Tennessee product could see plenty of targets as the vertical threat quarterback Daniel Jones sorely lacked last season.

Latest Fantasy Rumors
Could start on outside Sunday
WRNew York Giants
December 6, 2024
Hyatt could move into a starting role as a perimeter receiver in Sunday's game against the Saints if Malik Nabers misses the contest due to his hip flexor injury, Jordan Raanan of ESPN.com reports.
ANALYSIS
Hyatt has endured a disappointing second season to date, posting a 7-53-0 line on 14 targets over 11 games. However the speedy 2023 third-round pick would be in line to move into a starting role Sunday if Nabers, who missed Friday's practice after suffering the injury in Thursday's session, can't play. Despite the lack of production this season, Hyatt did take seven of his 23 catches as a rookie for 20-plus yards, including three for 40 or more yards.
