2024 Fantasy Outlook
Rudolph started the final four games, including playoffs, last season and was better than decent for the Steelers. In Weeks 16-18, he was second in the league in both completion percentage (74.6) and YPA (10.1) before falling to the Bills in the wild-card playoffs and finishing with a 5/1 TD/INT. The Steelers re-made their QB room this offseason, though, and Rudolph signed a one-year deal with the Titans where he will compete with Malik Willis to back up Will Levis. Rudolph is big and strong (6-5, 235) but doesn’t have the arm power nor the speed of Willis. If he wins the backup job and finds his way to snaps, he at least will have a good receiving corps to target in Calvin Ridley, DeAndre Hopkins and Tyler Boyd. Read Past Outlooks
RANKS
Gets three series in finale
Rudolph completed seven of nine passes for 70 yards with no touchdowns or interceptions in Sunday's 23-14 loss to the Texans.
ANALYSIS
Will Levis returned to the starting role for the Titans, though Rudolph rotated in for three possessions to close out the first half and begin the second. He accounted for two long gains of 24 and 17 yards, though he ultimately wasn't afforded much opportunity to get into a rhythm. Rudolph didn't make a particularly compelling case to be in the starting mix for Tennessee or any other NFL team in 2025, though he is a capable backup and should land a contract relatively early in the offseason.

Rudolph appeared in just seven games between the 2020 and 2021 campaigns, and he was the No. 3 quarterback on the Steelers' depth chart last year behind Kenny Pickett and Mitch Trubisky. Pickett and Trubisky remain with the team ahead of the 2023 season, and although Rudolph rejoined Pittsburgh on a one-year deal in mid-May, it seems unlikely he'll have a fantasy-relevant role.

Latest Fantasy Rumors
Ceding starting duties Sunday
Rudolph, who's started the Titans' last two games, will enter Sunday's Week 18 regular-season finale against the Texans after Will Levis, Turron Davenport of ESPN.com reports.
ANALYSIS
Rudolph put on an impressive showing after taking over for Levis in the second half of a Week 15 loss to the Bengals, affording him the reins of the offense for the subsequent pair of contests. The veteran wasn't as effective in his starts, however, completing 42 of 65 passes for 445 yards with three touchdowns and four interceptions while adding nine rushes for 26 yards. Head coach Brian Callahan said Friday that Levis would reclaim the starting role for Sunday's finale but confirmed he plans to give Rudolph playing time as well.
