2024 Fantasy Outlook
Entering the final year of his rookie contract, the 2021 second-rounder is coming off a productive 2023 campaign in which he notched a career-high 83 tackles (65 solo), eight passes defensed, three interceptions and 2.0 sacks in 17 games. A repeat of this performance would do wonders for Moehrig in extension negotiations, and as long as he stays healthy, he'll be on the field at safety for a majority of the Raiders' defensive snaps in 2024. Logs double-digit tackles
Moehrig tallied 10 tackles (seven solo) in the Raiders' 20-13 loss to Miami on Sunday.
ANALYSIS
Moehrig finished second on the team in tackles and also racked up double-digit tackles for just the second time this season. The 2021 second-round pick will now look to build off this productive performance for Las Vegas' upcoming matchup with the Chiefs.

Despite playing two less games as a second-year pro in 2022, Moehrig matched the 55-tackle total that he posted during his rookie campaign while also allowing a 48.4 completion percentage in coverage last season. He figures to remain an every-down starter at free safety in 2023, and the Raiders bolstered the back end of their secondary with the free-agent signing of former Eagle Marcus Epps to line up next to Moehrig.

Latest Fantasy Rumors
Top safety in draft class?
Chris Trapasso of CBS Sports has Moehrig going 27th overall to the Ravens in his latest mock draft.
ANALYSIS
The TCU product is the first safety off the board in Trapasso's mock, 15 picks ahead of Syracuse safety Andre Cisco. It isn't the strongest year for the position, so there's some chance the first round is completed without a single safety being picked. Moehrig hopes that isn't the case, though it went that way in 2020.
