Slated to face Rendon
Mullins will take on Montserrat Rendon in a bantamweight showdown at UFC Vegas 100 on November 9, Marcel Dorff of Eurosport.nl reports.
ANALYSIS
Mullins is coming off a tough loss to Nora Cornolle back in April, dropping her UFC record to 1-1-0. She'll get a chance to get back in the win column against Rendon, who also has just two career bouts with the promotion. Both fighters will be looking to right the ship, as Rendon most recently lost to Darya Zheleznyakova via unanimous decision in March.

Falls as biggest favorite on card
Mullins lost to Nora Cornolle via TKO (strikes) at 3:06 of Round 1 at UFC Fight Night on Saturday in Las Vegas.
ANALYSIS
Getting knocked out as the biggest favorite on the card (-390) after missing weight a day prior is a very bad look for Mullins. The lone saving grace is that Cornolle missed weight, as well. On the heels of a competitive Round 1, Mullins ate a knee to the gut before being finished off with some follow-up strikes. The 32-year-old Brit won her UFC debut over Irina Alekseeva last October, so her roster spot isn't in jeopardy, but Mullins needs to get the weight cutting issues under control. Two pounds is a substantial miss.

Set to fight Cornolle
Dixon will fight Nora Cornolle (undisclosed) at UFC Vegas 89 on April 6, Marcel Dorff of Eurosport.nl reports.
ANALYSIS
Dixon picked up a win in her UFC debut against Irina Alekseeva, improving to 6-0 in professional MMA. Dixon will receive another test against Cornolle, who has won seven straight bouts, including her own UFC debut in September.

Takes grinding affair in UFC debut
Dixon defeated Irina Alekseeva via unanimous decision (29-28, 29-28, 30-27) at UFC Fight Night on Saturday in Las Vegas.
ANALYSIS
Signed to a four-fight contract by the UFC this past June, Dixon displayed plenty of heart in her company debut. She looked excellent in Round 1 before being dropped by a massive shot from Alekseeva. She managed to survive the frame and thrived the rest of the way, due both to her own determination and the poor gas tank of her opponent. Already 32 years of age and with just a half-dozen (6-0) pro fights under her belt, Dixon is going to have to make plenty of adjustments in a short period of time if she is to have continued success in the 135-pound female division. This was a good start.

UFC debut scheduled
Dixon and Irina Alekseeva are set for a bantamweight fight at the UFC's Oct. 14 event, according to Mike Heck of MMAFighting.com.
ANALYSIS
Dixon is scheduled to debut against a fighter moving up from flyweight after missing weight before her previous bout. But in that fight, Alekseeva upset Stephanie Egger within three minutes.
