2024 Fantasy Outlook
Tillman had a slow start to his rookie season after being selected in the third round of the draft. In the receiver’s first seven games, he had three catches for 10 yards. Beginning in Week 12, Tillman became more involved in the offense. During that time, he had a trio of games with at least 43 yards. Even though there weren’t signs of dominance, Tillman likely showed enough to see an expanded role in 2024. However, expect Amari Cooper, David Njoku and Jerry Jeudy to be the top pass catchers for the Browns. As a result, Tillman’s production may be limited. Read Past Outlooks

Tillman gathered in three of eight targets for 47 yards during Sunday's 35-14 loss at New Orleans.
ANALYSIS
Prior to the Browns' Week 10 bye, Tillman surpassed 75 receiving yards in three straight games en route to a cumulative 21-255-3 line on 32 targets. The volume still was there for the second-year receiver as QB Jameis Winston aired it out 46 times, but Jerry Jeudy (6-142-1 on 11 targets), David Njoku (9-81-0 on nine targets) and Elijah Moore (6-66-1 on eight targets) were the main beneficiaries this time around. Cleveland has a quick turnaround Thursday against a tough Steelers defense, so Tillman may have his work cut out for him to produce in Week 12.

2023 Fantasy Outlook
The Browns stood pat in the third round of April's draft and selected Tillman despite more pressing needs on the defensive line. Though the team had made moves to bolster the wideout corps earlier in the offseason, the Browns decided they couldn't pass on the 6-3, 215-pounder, who the club believes could be a red-zone threat for QB Deshaun Watson. Tillman had 12 TDs in 2021 before an ankle injury limited his availability in 2022. He'll need to earn his snaps among a crowded position group and is expected to start down the depth chart. As a result, the Tennessee product's rookie season may not provide much fantasy value, but Tillman could move into a starting role by 2024, if the Browns allow Donovan Peoples-Jones to walk.
