2024 Fantasy Outlook
To'oTo'o is poised to increase his role in 2024 as the Texans lost Blake Cashman and Denzel Perryman in free agency, but he'll need to improve on a couple of worrisome trends that emerged during his rookie season. The team put a lot on his plate early, which led to a couple of games with double-digit tackles and a snap share above 80 percent between Weeks 2 and 6. That usage abruptly changed after Houston's bye week, as To'oTo'o struggled in coverage and topped the team's linebackers in missed-tackle rate. He's now penciled in as a starter at outside linebacker with Christian Harris at the other outside spot. Read Past Outlooks
Team-high 11 tackles vs. Fins
To'oTo'o registered 11 tackles (four solo), including 0.5 sacks, and one forced fumble during Sunday's 20-12 win over the Dolphins.
ANALYSIS
To'oTo'o logged double-digit tackles Sunday for the second time this season and played every single defensive snap for the third time. He also tallied his first sack since Week 2 when he combined with Danielle Hunter to get to Tua Tagovailoa for a one-yard loss early in the first quarter. To'oTo'o is now up to 87 combined tackles through 12 games, and he is on track to crack the 100-tackle milestone over the Texans' final three games of the 2024 regular season.

2023 Fantasy Outlook
To'oTo'o was a fifth-round draft pick in 2023 out of Alabama and joins former Tide teammate, Christian Harris, on the second level of the Texans defense. He worked as the middle linebacker when Christian Kirksey was unavailable due to a hamstring jury, an indication head coach DeMeco Ryans is confident in To'oTo'o's football IQ.
